The youth coordinator position requires skills in program implementation and supervision of school aged children. The main responsibilities of a youth coordinator are to lead planned activities, handle discipline issues, follow BTB policies and guidelines, maintain clean site, maintain a safe environment, and promote a positive, professional and respectful attitude.
AM Program- 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM Mon- Fri
PM Program- 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM Mon, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM Tues – Fri
PM Program- 1:15 PM – 6:00 PM Mon, 2:15 PM – 6:00 PM Tues – Fri

The Summer Youth Coordinator position requires skills in program implementation and supervision of school aged children. The main responsibilities of a youth worker are to oversee site location, ensure all organizational, local, state, and federal program guidelines are being met and followed, lead planned activities, aid in planning for Summer Program, and work with youth, parents, and families using tact and handle information that is confidential, sensitive, and controversial.
Summer program runs from 6:30AM – 6:00PM. Multiple shifts are available in the morning and afternoon. Staff will be able request preferred shifts.
Locations are available on all side of town.
